Click the "Tools" menu item at the top of your browser. Then click "Internet Option." This will display the "Internet Options" dialog box shown below.

Click "Delete Cookies" -- Then "Delete Files" -- Then "Clear History." Click "OK" at the bottom of the "Internet Options" dialog box to close it.
